Tell us what happened
Type it the way you'd explain it to a friend — "my landlord won't return my deposit," "I got rear-ended last week," "I need a divorce." No legal jargon required. Our AI helps polish it. Three minutes, on your phone.
Real prices come to you
You don't make a single phone call. Verified attorneys nearby see your case and send a real bid — exact price, fee type, and a short note on why they're the right fit. Most clients get their first bid within hours.
Pick one — or none
Compare bids side by side: price, experience, reviews. Message any attorney first if you want. Accept the one you trust most. Or decline all of them — you're never obligated. Zero pressure, zero cost.
Don't know what kind of
lawyer you need? We'll figure it out.

Divorce filing — uncontested
Need help filing for an uncontested divorce. No children, no shared property. Looking for a flat-fee attorney in Brooklyn, NY.
Stop paying for leads
you'll never close.
Lead aggregators sell the same "lead" to four other firms. You spend the first consultation finding out the client already hired someone else. BidLaw is different: every case here was posted by a real person, you decide which ones to bid on, and the client picks one attorney — period.
-
Real cases, not recycled leads. Every case is posted directly by a client. No bait-and-switch, no re-sold to ten firms, no auto-form spam.
-
Predictable monthly cost. One flat subscription — bid on as many cases as you want. No per-lead fees, no commissions on what you win.
-
Bid your way. Flat fee, hourly, or contingency — you decide. We don't dictate pricing or tell you how to run your practice.
-
Cases come to your phone. Push notification when a case in your practice area appears nearby. Bid in 30 seconds. No CRM to log into.
-
A reputation that actually means something. Reviews come from real, completed cases. No paid Google ads needed — your work speaks for you.

Is BidLaw really free for clients?
Yes. Posting a case, receiving bids, comparing attorneys and chatting are all completely free for clients. BidLaw does not take a commission from accepted bids or any payments between you and your chosen attorney.
How long does it take to receive bids?
Most cases receive their first bid within minutes. Attorneys are notified instantly when a new case matches their practice area and geographic region, and most actively bidding attorneys respond within a few hours. Urgent cases tend to be picked up fastest.
How does BidLaw use AI?
BidLaw uses AI in two main ways. For clients, our AI helps you describe your legal situation clearly, classifies it into the correct practice area, and routes it to the attorneys most likely to bid. For attorneys, AI provides real-time case monitoring, intelligent case summaries, suggested bid pricing based on similar cases, and practice analytics. AI never replaces an attorney's legal judgment — it's an assistant that makes the experience faster and clearer for both sides.
How much does it cost for attorneys?
Attorneys subscribe to bid on cases. Plans are: Weekly $49, Monthly $149 (saves 24% vs weekly), and 6-Month $599 (best per-month value). All plans include unlimited bidding. An optional Sponsored Listing add-on at $499/month boosts visibility on relevant cases. No commissions on bids you win.
Are the attorneys verified?
Yes. Every attorney profile on BidLaw is verified before they can place a bid. We confirm bar admission and practice area credentials. Attorney ratings and reviews are also tied to real, completed engagements.
What types of legal cases can I post?
BidLaw covers 15+ practice areas including Family Law (divorce, custody, adoption), Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Immigration, Business Law, Real Estate, Employment, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Tax Law, Intellectual Property, Civil Rights, DUI, Medical Malpractice, and Contract Law.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your full contact details (full name, phone, email) are not shared with attorneys until you choose to accept a bid. During the bidding phase, attorneys see only the case description, your location (city), and your first name.
Do I have to accept any bid?
No. You are never obligated to accept any bid. You can decline all bids, wait for more, or close the case at any time without cost.
Can I post a case in Spanish or another language?
Yes. BidLaw welcomes posts in Spanish or any other language. Simply post your case information in the language of your choice. The app interface itself supports 20 languages.
Where is BidLaw available?
BidLaw is available across all 50 U.S. states via the iOS App Store and Google Play. The app supports 20 languages including English, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Hebrew, Persian and more.
How does the attorney subscription work?
Subscriptions are auto-renewing through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals; your current period stays active until it ends. There are no commissions on bids you win — the subscription is your only fee.
