Terms & Conditions – Bidlaw

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bidlaw mobile application and any related website pages (collectively, the “Services”), operated by PERIGER LLC (“Company,” “Bidlaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using Bidlaw, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Bidlaw, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. SMS Verification and Authentication Program

Bidlaw operates a transactional SMS authentication messaging program (the “Bidlaw Authentication Messaging Program”) used solely for account verification and security purposes.

During registration or login, users voluntarily enter their mobile phone number and manually request a one-time verification code (“OTP”) inside the application.

• User-Initiated Only: SMS messages are sent only in direct response to a user-initiated verification request. Bidlaw does not send unsolicited SMS messages.
• Transactional Only: Messages are strictly transactional and relate solely to authentication and account security. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
• Frequency: Message frequency is limited to one message per login or verification attempt initiated by the user.
• Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• Opt-Out: You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Opting out will prevent Bidlaw from sending further SMS verification messages and will disable SMS-based authentication unless you re-enroll by submitting a new verification request inside the application.
• Help: For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hello@bidlaw.io.
• No Purchased Lists: Bidlaw does not use purchased, rented, or third-party phone number lists and does not use shared short codes for message delivery.

Your Bidlaw verification code is 123456. This code expires in 10 minutes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or use them for any unlawful purpose. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Bidlaw are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PERIGER LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PERIGER LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
